If you opt to make a booking with us, and decide to use our online payment method, you will provide payment information to our payment provider through our site. We do not store this information, but you should familiarise yourself with their policies if you are concerned. By using a third party provider to handle online payments processing, we do not need to capture, or store any of your personal information to provide you with our service.
We provide you with a choice of communication methods. If you opt to use text messages (SMS) for communications with us, please be aware that communications will be sent via a trusted, UK based SMS provider. If you opt to use email, communications will pass from our provider to yours. If you opt to use Threema for communications, messages will be encrypted before they leave our systems until they arrive on your device.

Jomani is a company which is passionate about providing peace of mind to people who are concerned about their health, but value discretion and their privacy. Jomani believes that it can make a difference to the sexual health of the UK by oﬀering a discrete and absolutely confidential service providing screening tests for people who are worried, and do not wish, or are unable to use public health services. Jomani is not a medical diagnostic service, it is here for those who are worried and value discretion; a screening test with Jomani can give customers peace of mind as to whether they need to take further action.
Consumers may only purchase Services through this Site if they are at least 18 years of age. None of the Services on this Site may be purchased by anyone under 18 years of age.
Our Services are available to customers in England & Wales only. Orders are not currently accepted for Services from customers based outside of England & Wales.
The Site will guide customers through the ordering process. It is important to check Orders carefully before submitting.

If Jomani, for any reason, does not accept or cannot fulfil a customer's Order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. If Jomani has taken payment any such sums will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

Payment for the Services will be due in the form of an advance payment of 100% of the total price for the Services. Price and payment details will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

As required by law, Jomani will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with best practices and standards in the health care sector, and in accordance with any information provided by Jomani in regards to the Services provided or the Site. Jomani will begin providing the Services on the date agreed when the Order is placed (which shall be confirmed in the Order Confirmation). Jomani will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.
If Jomani requires any information or action from the Customer in order to provide the Services, the Customer will be informed as soon as is reasonably possible.
In certain circumstances, for example where a technical problem arises, Jomani may need to suspend or otherwise interrupt the Services to resolve the issue. Unless the issue is an emergency that requires immediate action Jomani will inform all customers in advance before suspending or interrupting the Services.
Nothing in these Terms and Use seeks to exclude or limit Jomani's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence (including negligent actions taken by employees, agents or sub-contractors); or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
